How can I buy a Calling Card online and how do I receive it? |

We have made it easy for you to buy a calling card online. Simply follow the procedure listed below:
- Select the country you are calling from
- Login / register
- Recharge/ buy card: Select the amount from drop down box and click on submit one can opt for auto recharge. In auto recharge select the amount you want to recharge automatically when your pin balance reaches a particular amount.
- You then come to the Order Detail page check the contents and see if the invoice is correct.
- Finally click on Pay now on Secure Server to make your payment.
- You can pay for your order using VISA or MASTERCARD cards
- If your payment has been approved, your order will be processed immediately.Verification Call: If you are a new member you will get an e-mail requesting verification of the order placed.
- After your account is verified, you will receive your pin via an e-mail on the registered email id
- The customer care numbers and access codes are mentioned in the email.

How do I use rechargeable calling card? |

- Dial 800/888 access number provided in the email. (sent via email)
- At the prompt, enter your PIN number (sent via email)
- Dial your destination number (see below)
Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number

There is no additional fee for this service. You can easily activate and deactivate auto recharge service.
One can activate and deactivate recharge service from my account.
To opt for auto recharge select yes while selecting the plan.
Select the amount you want to recharge every time from the drop down box. And select the balance option when it should recharge.
Eg. You have selected
Recharge amount as $10
Recharge when balance reaches as $5
Then whenever the PIN balance reaches $ 5, the PIN would get recharged with $10 amount. So the PIN balance would be $15.

Our past experiences have shown that people tend to make mistakes when copying numbers from the computer monitor. Hence we e-mail the Calling Card PINs. These e-mails should be printed for your records

The rechargeable cards are designed to work with digital mobile phones. Occasionally carriers block the use of calling cards. The rates are the same as you would be charged from a landline. However, you will be charged for Airtime charges by your mobile phone carrier.

What is a "Rounding"? |
|
Answer:
Rounding is the minimum period your card will be charged for. Rounding can also be referred to as the minimum billing increment. It is different from a connection charge as a Connection charge is upfront, whereas rounding is after the call. Rounding will deducted after you make a call. Rounding does not mean multiples of 3 minutes. Example. If your card gives you 30 minutes of calling time, you make one call of 17 minutes, you will be charged a 3 minute rounding, so you will pay for 20 minutes. The next call will be 10 minutes. A connection fee would be as follows - using the same example, if there was a $ 2.00 connection fee, you would get 17 minutes + $ 2.00 charged for your first call, and you would be charged about 23 minutes - with a connection fee your next call would be only 3 minutes as the $ 2.00 would be deducted upfront.
